The Development Committee is a now-defunct committee that served during 2013 to advise the Board of Directors regarding the station's fundraising efforts and activities (resulting in the station-wide decision to move ahead with hiring a Development Director).

The Finance Committee provides recommendations and feedback to the board on budgeting, accounting and finance. We review monthly and annual reporting. 

The finance committee meets on the third Thursday of the month at 5:00 pm at KBOO radio station.

The Nominating Committee shall advise the Board of Directors regarding nominations for Board elections and filling Board vacancies;  present nominations to the membership at the annual meeting; ensure that the provisions of Article VI, Section 5 of these bylaws regarding Board elections are carried out; analyze regularly the attendance of Board members; consult with Board members who are not attending regularly; and make recommendations to the Board regarding inactive members of the Board.

The personnel committee shall advise the Board of Directors regarding the corporation’s personnel policies and practices.

The Programming Advisory Committee is made up of the Program Director, AM News and Public Affairs Director, PM News and Public Affairs Director, a Board representative and volunteer members.  The Committee is tasked with advising the Program Staff on programming changes, schedule and evaluations, and other work to support the Program Staff.

The Programming Advisory Committee meets at KBOO 's studios on the second Tuesday of every month from 6-8 pm.  Meetings are open to all members and volunteers in good standing.

This workgroup meets on an ad hoc basis. Helps support the strategic planning and reporting process for KBOO. Contact: Station Manager, manager[at]kboo.fm
